Our client, an International Energy company, is currently looking to recruit a full-time HR Manager to take full control of the company HR function.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design compensation and benefits packages
Design and maintain HR policy and procedures, ensuring compliance by employees
Act as point of contact for recruitment; liaising with recruitment consultancies; placing adverts, and filtering applications
Work with Hiring Managers to establish set job descriptions
Liaise with Hiring Managers in various departments, scheduling and assisting with interviews whilst implementing effecting screening techniques
Manage employee training needs, coordinating training initiatives where required
Act as point of contact for labor legislation issues
Liaise with authorities to manage work permit processes and applications where required
Maintain data and ensure employee documentation is updated regularly
Prepare letters of promotion, appointments renewals of contracts, etc
Manage employees’ grievances
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Collating and preparing payroll data on a weekly basis or monthly basis
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and experience running HR in Malta.
