HR Manager

A Human Resources Manager role is now available within the Manufacturing Industry. Whilst working closely with the General Manager, your duties will include;

• Together with the General Manager, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Lead Disciplinary Processes
• Manage training and assess development needs to support current and future business growth
• Build HR metrics and drive improvements through data collection and analysis
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Nurture a stress-free working environment by promoting mental health and physical wellbeing
• Develop a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Overlook the HR System and implement further enhancements
• Chair the Company’s Social Committee
