A Human Resources Manager role is now available within the Manufacturing Industry. Whilst working closely with the General Manager, your duties will include;
Together with the General Manager, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Lead Disciplinary Processes
Manage training and assess development needs to support current and future business growth
Build HR metrics and drive improvements through data collection and analysis
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Nurture a stress-free working environment by promoting mental health and physical wellbeing
Develop a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Overlook the HR System and implement further enhancements
