HR Executive

AMSM is looking for an HR Executive to join our Human Resources Department on a full-time basis.  

If you are a motivated team player with an outgoing personality, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, then this might be the role for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implementing training programmes, coaching, workshops and material that meet the organizational needs and align with the Company goals.
• Collaborating with management to identify training needs and developing effective learning plans.
• Ensuring that all internal and external training sourcing, booking, and recording, align with the Company's staff standards and adhere to auditing requirements for ISO standards.
• Overseeing the development of our Learning Management System, housing e-learning courses and resources to promote continuous learning.
• Managing the L&D budget effectively.
• Assisting in all HR day-to-day activities as a valuable team member.
• Supporting any retention activities.
• Performing any other HR related duties as required.

YOUR PROFILE

• Tertiary educated with a degree in Human Resources or a similar/relevant field.
• At least 2 years’ experience working in Human Resources.
• Excellent writing skills in both English and Maltese.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships.
• Is a creative thinker, idea generator and a team player.
• Has an eye for digital transformation.
