Ably Resources are looking for an HR Executive on behalf of one of their clients. Our client is a multi-disciplinary organisation specialising in Construction, Hospitality, and Development in Malta. The HR Executive is required to take responsibility for the daily administrative and HR duties within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Assist in ensuring employees understand and comply with policies
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
Recruit new staff through advertising, CV screening, and interviewing
Maintaining records related to performance reviews after recruitment is finished, probations, contracts, disciplinary actions, and work permits.
Assist in the implementation of the annual performance review of employees
Handle online Payroll
Completing onboarding and termination paperwork, assisting with exit interviews, updating database
Organizing meetings as required
Prepare letters of promotion, appointments, and increases
Annual appraisals coordination
Renewal of contracts.
Requirements:
Candidates will have experience in a similar role in Malta, be able to work flexible hours and have a minimum of 1-year of experience.
