A new HR Executive role is available in the Pharmaceutical industry. You will be reporting to the HR Manager, and your main responsibilities will be the following:
Handling the entire recruitment process from preparation of vacancy adverts through to sourcing and screening candidates, interview management, offers and all related recruitment administration
Liaising with and providing consistent support to the hiring managers and candidates
Handling the onboarding process of all new joiners
Using multiple tools (referrals, LinkedIn recruiter, Job adverts) to source top quality talent
Organising the required induction training for new employees
Updating and maintaining training records
Providing support in ad hoc projects and other HR responsibilities when required
Skill-sets and Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills in English. Maltese preferred
Strong Attention to detail
Excellent organisation skills and time management
Self motivated and pro-active
Education & Experience
Minimum of Diploma level in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of 2 years of local HR Experience within a fast pace environment
