Forming part of the Human Resources Department you will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager and HR Team with the following responsibilities:
Preparing and administering applicable budgets
Where applicable, setting and monitoring specific Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Leading, guiding and monitoring any section within HR that might be assigned including the planning and allocation of work as well as performance follow ups
Conducting organization-wide HR related needs analysis
Developing and maintaining a library, including HR policies and procedures, related to own area of responsibility and to let applicable others be informed of this
Monitoring and assessing applicable service provider effectiveness
Sourcing and handing relations with applicable institutions and service providers
Preparing and presenting applicable reports
Providing advice and counsel to staff, including management if so required, regarding personnel practices, policies and employment laws
Acting as a link between department managers and union representatives and where applicable the workforce
Ensuring compliance with data protection, equality and employment legislation, and with the collective agreement
Participating, coordinating and leading any part of the HR cycle including investigative/ disciplinary processes as needed
