Our Client is a well-known brand operating within the building services sector in Malta is looking to recruit an HR Executive to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
An HR Executive is now urgently required to join the busy HR team taking responsibility for a range of human resources responsibilities including training schedules for the various departments.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the HR Manager with preparation and presentation of yearly annual training budget and upkeeping the training matrix.
Organising and coordinating various training and ensuring necessary documentation and certifications are in place.
Taking responsibility for applications for funding where eligible.
Undertake the full process of acquiring employment licenses and license renewals for third-country nationals and liaising with the necessary authorities (work permits); coordinating tenants and apartment lease and upkeep.
Managing the HR Database, Job Descriptions, and Uniform restocking
Managing Employee Satisfaction in relation to career branding and regular meetings with individuals members throughout the year. Also, undertake annual surveys with the various departments.
Supporting the Manager with all performance management and recruitment which will include advertising, liaising with agencies, interviewing, and preparing offers of employment.
Applicants will:
Possess at least 2 years’ experience within an HR role.
Preferably have an HR-related qualification or degree in a related discipline.
Demonstrate a good understanding of local labour legislation.
Have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Show full proficiency in English and preferably Maltese.
