HR Coordinator

Our client, a leading retail brand operating within the beauty industry, is recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include;

• Actively take part in recruitment by placing adverts for recruitment online, receiving and shortlisting CVs, organising and sitting in interviews, etc.
• Planning and ordering of company uniforms
• Preparation of circulars, policies and procedures
• Carrying out shop visits
• Tackling disputes
• Ensuring that employees are adhering to company policies and procedures
• Performing staff appraisals and one to one meetings
• Looking after general staff welfare
• Handling onboarding, contracts as well as offboarding
• Organising Managers meetings
• Coordination and planning of induction training and follow up training
• Organising staff and team building events

• Sound knowledge of Maltese employment law is a must
• Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
• Clean driving license
• Excellent people skills, and showing levels of empathy and listening skills

• Previous experience within an HR Position is highly desired
