Our client, a leading retail brand operating within the beauty industry, is recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include;
Actively take part in recruitment by placing adverts for recruitment online, receiving and shortlisting CVs, organising and sitting in interviews, etc.
Planning and ordering of company uniforms
Preparation of circulars, policies and procedures
Carrying out shop visits
Tackling disputes
Ensuring that employees are adhering to company policies and procedures
Performing staff appraisals and one to one meetings
Looking after general staff welfare
Handling onboarding, contracts as well as offboarding
Organising Managers meetings
Coordination and planning of induction training and follow up training
Organising staff and team building events
Skill-sets and Requirements
Sound knowledge of Maltese employment law is a must
Excellent communication skills in Maltese and English
Clean driving license
Excellent people skills, and showing levels of empathy and listening skills
Education & Experience
Previous experience within an HR Position is highly desired
