Our Client is a well-known organisation working as part of a Group Company to deliver an array of projects throughout Malta. Due to team expansion, they are looking to recruit a part-time HR Assistant to join the small team based in the North East region of Malta.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting all internal and external HR related requests;
Maintaining and updating employee records as required;
Monitoring punch clocks and attendance systems;
Creating and maintaining any relevant documentation;
Scheduling meetings, interviews and HR events;
Assisting in the recruitment and work permit processes;
Completing any termination paperwork and exit interviews;
Compiling HR reports as required.
If you have experience of Maltese employment and have previous experience / or relevant qualifications in an HR-related field, this might be an excellent opportunity for you.
Applicants will have excellent communication skills in English and Maltese together with a self-motivated attitude to work.
As a part-time position, exact working days/hours can be negotiated to best fit.
