HR and Payroll Executive

Our client a leading international gaming solutions provider based in Malta is recruiting an HR and Payroll executive to join their team.

The Role

• Responsible for providing HR administrative support - recruitment, induction, remuneration, HR Policies and procedures 
• Assist chosen candidates in obtaining their work permit and residence card
• Responsible for full onboarding and offboarding process including the administrative requirements
• Responsible for drafting contracts and agreements which are deemed necessary by the Company
• Issuing of HR related reports; 
• Assist with the payroll administration requirements
• Responsible for the calculation and issue of monthly payroll and payslips via our Payroll System
• Preparation of the monthly FS5 returns and annual FS7 returns
• Coordinate training and continuous staff development
• Assist with other HR related tasks as needed
