HR Advisor

Our client in the Manufacturing industry in Malta is looking to expand their HR team and is looking to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time basis. The chose candidate shall report to the Head of HR.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for:

• Supporting the HRBP team with the execution and roll out of the HR strategy;
• Supporting the delivery of the strategy & vision across other business units;
• Assist in the delivery of departmental organisational design and development process;
• Collate data from employee surveys, analyse results and strategise follow up action plans;
• Assist the HRBP on collective agreement negotiations as well as documentation on disciplinary procedures;
• Provide support and assistance in the recruitment process, including onboarding & probation processes;
• Provide information and guidance to employees in relation to company policies;
• Maintain open communication with employees and other business units on matters such as performance, training, and development.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma in Human Resources or Psychology or another related field;
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a local HR function;
• Preference shall be given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing industry.

Skills:

• Good working knowledge of HR Processes and Policies;
• Knowledge of Maltese employment legislation and Industrial relations;
• Knowledge of HRMS and office software;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
