Our client is seeking to employ an HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Here you will be supporting the current and future HR systems, processes and procedures. Your role is to overall support and assist in the daily running of the HR Department. Reporting to the HR Director your duties would include but not limited to:
Being able to manage sensitive material both internally and externally, as well as effectively communicate and shape behaviours, is required
Responsible for all current and future HR systems' implementation, maintenance, and support
Creating and maintaining the HR tools and processes that will serve as facilitators for realising the department and site strategies
Helping the HR department work more smoothly on a daily basis
Serving as a resource for the HR department on ongoing issues and offer first-level assistance to coworkers as required and directed by the HR Director
Supervising and effectively carry out the roll-out plans and procedures necessary for, among other things, performance and absence management programmes
Facilitating the on-boarding procedure, including the completion of the papers for the vetting procedure
Managing the HR department's filing and archiving system
Updating and entering general data in a variety of manual and electronic databases, including but not limited to an application tracking system
Assisting in the communication of internal communications
Helping with the organisation of company activities
Supporting the HR Department as needed with the computation of the weekly, monthly, and annual reports
Up-keeping of both physical and online databases
Supporting the company's way of thinking by cooperating with people outside of your own company and exchanging best practises
Maintaining an up-to-date record of all training and development activities/programs and ensure complete involvement in the performance development review process
Working hours for this role are from 07:00hrs - 15:30hrs from Monday to Friday for a duration of 6 months.
