Our Client, a leading company within the FMCG industry is looking for an HR Administrator. The responsibilities include:

  • Provide assistance and support as required for the day-to-day HR-related requirements including drafting employee contracts and upkeep of the company’s HR data system
  • Establish relationships with employees and management, providing employee support where necessary
  • Managing absenteeism such as leave and sick leave
  • Ensuring work permit applications are filed on time and obtained by the company for EU and Third Country Nationals
  • Managing the Maternity leave process and the uniform process
  • Compiling necessary reports and doing any other administration matters
Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Maltese
  • Excellent communication skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Strong IT Skills
Education & Experience
  • Diploma in HR Management would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Maltese Employment Law
