Our Client, a leading company within the FMCG industry is looking for an HR Administrator. The responsibilities include:
Provide assistance and support as required for the day-to-day HR-related requirements including drafting employee contracts and upkeep of the company’s HR data system
Establish relationships with employees and management, providing employee support where necessary
Managing absenteeism such as leave and sick leave
Ensuring work permit applications are filed on time and obtained by the company for EU and Third Country Nationals
Managing the Maternity leave process and the uniform process
Compiling necessary reports and doing any other administration matters
