A new role of HR Administrator is now available within the Financial Services industry. Whilst reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Assist with the recruitment and selection process, from placing of adverts for new roles, communication to interested candidates for new jobs, organising interviews and also providing feedback following the interviews and assessments process
Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, contracts, and reports
Ensure smooth onboarding and off-boarding process for employees
Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures
Update and maintain various HR reports and employee information for payroll, benefits and employee files
Application and maintenance of third-country national permits
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
