A new role as Head of Performance & Reward is now available, contributing to the improvement of the organization’s performance management framework, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the Performance and Reward Management whilst maintaining performance and reward agenda;
Overseeing the Performance framework, the Reward Management System and Compensation Strategy;
Planning and executing the full performance management cycles;
Building performance management capabilities by designing and delivering training programmes, coaching, and setting-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures;
Supporting function heads to identify the most relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure achievement of objectives;
Ensuring individual objectives are well-calibrated to overarching strategic objectives
Ensuring Performance and Reward strategies remain aligned with the talent management strategy;
Supporting functional heads to provide regular updates on departmental performance achievement against KPIs;
Tracking compensation and benefits benchmarking data and provide recommendations, accordingly
