A new role as  Head of Performance & Reward is now available, contributing to the improvement of the organization’s performance management framework, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Leading and managing the Performance and Reward Management whilst maintaining  performance and reward agenda; 
  • Overseeing the Performance framework, the Reward Management System and Compensation Strategy; 
  • Planning  and executing the full performance management cycles; 
  • Building performance management capabilities by designing and delivering training  programmes, coaching, and setting-up of appropriate continuous improvement structures; 
  • Supporting  function heads to identify the most relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure  achievement of objectives; 
  • Ensuring individual objectives are well-calibrated to overarching strategic objectives
  • Ensuring Performance and Reward strategies remain aligned with the talent management  strategy; 
  • Supporting  functional heads to provide regular updates on departmental performance achievement  against KPIs; 
  • Tracking compensation and benefits benchmarking data and provide recommendations, accordingly
