About You:
We’re looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead our team of HR superstars, whilst at the same time thinking of the wider needs of the organization.
We’re looking for someone who:
Is a strategic thinker, who can manage factors that will influence long-term success
Is adaptable and agile, someone who’s not afraid of working in a fast-paced environment, who can think on their feed, and who can re-prioritize quickly
Can motivate and coach team leaders and specialists whilst representing the HR managerial function as a key expert
Has outstanding communication skills, and who is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and who thrives in a multi-cultural environment
Excels at teamwork by building relationships quickly, whilst driving the fulfillment of specific programs of work and managing expectations and team output
Thinks analytically, creatively, and conceptually, driven by interpreting data against key metrics.
The formalities:
You’ll need to have:
Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources or Business Management
Extensive experience in the field of Human Resource
Experience from developing and leading HR operational excellence preferably in high growth/volume recruitment environments (experience from similar industries is merit)
Experience in coaching people at all levels as well as excellence in stakeholder management
Have the ability to understand and manage differences of a multicultural working environment
Experience in reporting and employment Legal knowledge in relevant employment laws
Fluency in English and Maltese both verbal and written is given preference.
*Prior to being recruited and throughout the duration of employment, the selected candidates need to satisfy the requirements of the Protection of Minors Act (POMA) together with those of immunization.
