Head of Human Resources

Our client operates in the financial services sector and is seeking a Head of Human Resources to join their growing team

The Role

• You will report to the Chairman
• You will head the whole HR function of the Organisation
• The role entails having good relationships with departmental heads
• You will be driving the strategy for Human Resources for the whole company
• Full recruitment strategy will fall under this role
• Developing and driving a performance driven culture
• Structuring benefit packages
• Reporting on HR matters and data to the Executive Committee of the various companies within the Group
• Overseeing the Payroll and Admin Operations
