Food Chain Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Brand Coach for Burger King to join their team on a full-time basis.
Job Role:
The Brand Coach for Burger King will be responsible for the development and delivery of effective training programs for Burger King employees. the individual will work closely with the management team to ensure all employees receive the necessary training to perform their job functions effectively and efficiently. The Brand Coach's role is to ensure that the brand vision and standards are consistently met through the training and development of Team Members and Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires and existing employees
Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for all staff members and management staff
Develop and update training materials, including presentations, videos and manuals to support training programs
Monitor brand online training for staff members and managers and follow up accordingly
Monitor training plans for staff members in coordination with Restaurant Manager
Train new or promoted managers in restaurant
Collaborate with the Franchise Managers, HR Managers and Restaurant Managers to assess the training needs of employees and implements customised training programs
Conduct shift evaluations and monitor employee performance and provide feedback to management team on areas where additional training may be needed
Maintain accurate records of all training activities and attendance
Provide support to Franchisees to ensure that employees receive consistent training
Visit to restaurants to follow up that employees and managers are adhering to training given
Analyse KPIs and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop actions plans
Develop customer service training programs and lead implementation
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and training techniques
Perform any other duties assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business, or a related field is preferred, or at least three (3) years-experience as a manager in a QSR Restaurant
Proven experience as Brand Coach or similar role
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage employees
Ability to create effective training programs and train employees
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and with initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with e-learning tools and platforms
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
Familiarity with the Food and Beverage industry, particularly with QSR Restaurants
