Our client is one of the leading companies in Malta. They would like to engage an Assistant Manager Human Resources to their growing team.
The Role
- Taking care of the recruitment process
- Assist the Human Resources Manager with the day to day running of the department
- Handle the performance management and employee relation functions
- Be supporting business units with any HR needs
- Assist in the administration of the HR function
- Payroll will be part of the tasks under this role
- Develop new policies and procedures and improve on existing ones
€35,000 to €45,000 / year
