Our client is an esteemed organisation operating in various industries. They are currently seeking to recruit an Admin and HR Assistant Manager to join their team

Responsibilities

  • Administrating the payroll function including time and attendance management, wage and salary computation,
  • Job costing posting procedures
  • Employee support
  • General admin and clerical duties
    The immediate short-term requirement is for the person to take on the above responsibilities however the longer-term scope is for this person ideally also to take on more focused HR practices

 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • .Previous experince in Payroll / HR
  • Currently living in Malta
  • Experince using Indigo payroll software would be an asset
