Our client is an esteemed organisation operating in various industries. They are currently seeking to recruit an Admin and HR Assistant Manager to join their team
Responsibilities
Administrating the payroll function including time and attendance management, wage and salary computation,
Job costing posting procedures
Employee support
General admin and clerical duties
The immediate short-term requirement is for the person to take on the above responsibilities however the longer-term scope is for this person ideally also to take on more focused HR practices
Skill-sets and Requirements
.Previous experince in Payroll / HR
Currently living in Malta
Experince using Indigo payroll software would be an asset
