Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join the front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience in a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve orders efficiently and professionally, maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure tables are clean, set properly, and maintained throughout service.
• Handle customer queries, requests, or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Process bills and payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth service flow.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
