Job Description
Ocean Basket in Malta is currently looking to recruit Waiters/Waitresses to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Job Role:
The Waiters/Waitresses are responsible for the table layout and crockery. Placement used to serve food to clients. Additionally, you are responsible to correctly assign the food orders and accurately coordinate special orders with the kitchen You will also pour wine and drinks and will be responsible for the suggestive selling of special dishes, coffee, and desserts in the service area.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and serving customers;
• Providing detailed information on the menu, and collecting the bill;
• To be a successful Waiter or Waitress, you must be polite with customers and make sure they enjoy their meals;
• You should also be a team player and be able to effectively communicate with Kitchen Staff to make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.

Requirements and Experience:

• Able to communicate in English;
• Must be in good physical health and able to lift and carry heavy items;
• Candidate must be numerate;
• Have a positive approach to work.
• Experience required - 6 months in a similar position.
