-Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
-Supervise and train kitchen staff
-Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
-Maintain hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times
-Manage stock levels and monitor waste
-Support in menu planning and development
-Candidate Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sous Chef
-Skill Pass Certificate (mandatory requirement)
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Must currently reside in Malta
-Good command of English
