Food Chain Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Shift Manager (Burger King) to join their team on a full-time basis. 

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure maximum customer satisfaction at all times
  • Ensuring the right supply of products against forecasted targets
  • To ensure that all crew members follow all company policies and standards
  • To delegate effective job tasks to crew members.


Requirements:

  • Have experience in the catering industry
  • Have a good command of the English language, spoken and written
  • Able to work on his / her own initiative and within a team
  • Be flexible to work on a shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
