Food Chain Limited in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Shift Manager (Burger King) to join their team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure maximum customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensuring the right supply of products against forecasted targets
- To ensure that all crew members follow all company policies and standards
- To delegate effective job tasks to crew members.
Requirements:
- Have experience in the catering industry
- Have a good command of the English language, spoken and written
- Able to work on his / her own initiative and within a team
- Be flexible to work on a shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
