The candidate will be responsible for:

To ensure maximum customer satisfaction at all times;
Ensuring the right supply of products against forecasted targets;
To ensure that all crew members follow all company policies and standards;
To delegate effective job tasks to crew members.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience in the catering industry;
Have a good command of the English language, spoken and written;
Able to work on his / her own initiative and within a team;
Be flexible to work on a shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
