Food Chain Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Shift Manager (Burger King) to join their team on a full-time basis.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- To ensure maximum customer satisfaction at all times;
- Ensuring the right supply of products against forecasted targets;
- To ensure that all crew members follow all company policies and standards;
- To delegate effective job tasks to crew members.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience in the catering industry;
- Have a good command of the English language, spoken and written;
- Able to work on his / her own initiative and within a team;
- Be flexible to work on a shift roster including weekends and public holidays.
