Role Overview:

As a Server, you will play a key role in ensuring that guests have an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have about the offerings
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with guests and responding to any requests or issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
• Handle payments and process transactions through the POS system
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to provide a seamless dining experience
• Follow health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with restaurant standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Server or in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages, especially Maltese, are a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
• Possession of a valid Skill Pass or willingness to obtain one is required
