Gululu – Kcina Maltija restaurant situated in Bugibba, St. Paul's Bay, in Malta is currently seeking to employ Restaurant Supervisors to work in their team on a full-time basis.

This role consists of supervising and controlling the restaurant and bar in order to achieve the restaurant’s standards, whilst providing support to the Restaurant Manager.  The ideal applicants should have good communication skills, enjoy working in a team and with people, and be reliable and outgoing. 

The following attributes and characteristics are necessary for the post:

  • Previous experience in a similar post in other restaurants;
  • Have a passion for food and drink;
  • Be a natural leader and able to motivate staff, leading by example;
  • Ideally fluent in English, possibly even Maltese;  
  • All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, should have clean Police conduct, and non – EU nationals hold a valid work permit.
