Restaurant Manager (Le Bistro)

Job Description
Radisson Blu St Julian's in Malta is looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager (Le Bistro) to join their team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, coaching, and training of staff. You will run the show in a quality way always ensuring 100% guest satisfaction is achieved. 

Education and requirements:

• Must have previous experience in Management or Supervisory position, excellent leadership skills, ability to cope under pressure, strong planning and organisational skills, problem-solving ability, positive service oriented and professional disposition
• Be highly motivated and innovative toward providing excellent quality service
• IT literacy is a must.
