Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit Restaurant Crew to join the nationwide team that proudly delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of customers all day, every day.

THE POSITION
McDonald’s crew provides prompt, courteous and high-grade service to guests and live up to McDonald’s promise to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone. Crew are engaged in various stages of food preparation, customer engagement and service, drive-thru orders, and supporting managers in multiple aspects of restaurant operations.

PREMIER RESTAURANTS MALTA
Premier Restaurants Malta is comprised of a team of more than 600 people. The company is part of Premier Capital plc, the Developmental Licencee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania, operating 174 restaurants thanks to 10,000 people. More than 150 million customers are served every year across the six markets. Premier Capital is the McDonald’s business within Hili Ventures, a group engaged in food service & retail, real estate & hospitality, and shipping, engineering & technology in 11 countries across Europe and North Africa with a team of 11,000 people.

THE REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidates will demonstrate good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for service levels as they display passion for the brand. McDonald’s offers great flexibility to its teams. However, it is important that candidates are willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates with experience in food and beverage operations will have an advantage.
