Premier Restaurants Malta is comprised of a team of more than 600 people. The company is part of Premier Capital plc, the Developmental Licencee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania, operating 174 restaurants thanks to 10,000 people. The Position:
McDonald’s crew provides prompt, courteous and high-grade service to guests and lives up to McDonald’s promise to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone. Crews are engaged in various stages of food preparation, customer engagement and service, drive-thru orders, and supporting managers in multiple aspects of restaurant operations.

The Requirements:
The ideal candidates will demonstrate good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for service levels as they display a passion for the brand. McDonald’s offers great flexibility to its teams. However, it is important that candidates are willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates with experience in food and beverage operations will have an advantage. Applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
