Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking to recruit Restaurant Crew to join the nationwide team that proudly delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests all day, every day.

THE POSITION:
McDonald’s crew provides prompt, courteous, and high-grade service to guests and lives up to McDonald’s promise to make delicious feel-good moments easy for everyone. The crew is engaged in various stages of food preparation, customer engagement and service, drive-thru orders, and supporting managers in multiple aspects of restaurant operations.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideal candidates will demonstrate good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility for service levels as they display a passion for the brand.
• McDonald’s offers great flexibility to its teams.
• A willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. Candidates with experience in food and beverage operations will have an advantage.
