Reservations Specialist

Italian Details International Ltd based in Malta is looking to recruit a Reservations Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.  This role is office-based. 

*Candidates applying will only be considered if living in Malta. 

Duties:

• Handling any incoming calls and reservation emails 
• Booking accommodation, tours, and transportation
• Control services to ensure everything is confirmed prior to the scheduled service.

• Have experience in tourism and hotel reservations, preferably having worked previously in a DMC.
• Be energetic, creative, and work well on their own initiative as well as within a team. 
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Be fluent in English (speaking and writing), any additional languages are welcome.
• Be self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task, and have the desire to learn, and continually expand their knowledge.
• General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet, Outlook).
