- Manage and process all reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing, and services to potential customers.
- Maintain and update the reservation system to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to reservations promptly and professionally.
- Generate and analyse reports on reservation trends to assist in strategic planning.
- Previous experience in a reservations role is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Good command of a supplementary language to English such as Italian will be favourably considered
