Reservations Agent

Our client, a vibrant hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations are looking for a Reservations Agent to work at their Malta office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Carrying out daily arrival and departure checks
• Advising international guests by email and phone
• Maintaining the PMS and other hotel specific systems as well as all our guest and customer data
• Checking reservations and incoming payments
• Keeping monthly overnight statistics and process commissions

• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• High degree of commitment and self-motivation
• Must be a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
• Excellent written & spoken English, German will be preferred

• Minimum of year experience in a similar position
• Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
