For our office in Valletta, Malta we are looking for a Project Coordinator for Reservation Systems (m/f/d) to support both our Reservations and Group Reservations departments in Malta and Munich. The corporate office bundles all construction or design, administrative and marketing functions as well as many front office activities outsourced from the hotel.

Duties and responsibilities that will excite you at Ruby, as you will be:

• Analyzing our current reservation processes 
• Monitoring and coordinating our planned digitalization projects 
• Ensuring that the processes of our projects are accelerated
• Taking care of the preparation of projects as well as setting up new systems with suitable content
• Reporting and documenting intermediate and final results
• Evaluating the project implementation
• Conducting training on new systems and processes
• Responsible for a smooth project flow and coordinating all departments involved
• Supporting our individual and group reservations team in daily tasks.

Get in touch, if you have/are:

• Professional training or completed studies in the field of hotel management
• Three or more years of experience in Front Office and/or (Group-) Reservations
• A minimum of one year experience in a project management role or similar position
• Willing to travel regularly to our corporate office in Munich - who wouldn't want to travel for work?
• Strong communication and interaction skills as well as assertiveness
• The ability to think analytically and act assertively and methodically
• A team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
• Proficient working experience with diverse reservation systems, such as PMS, CRS, ticketing systems, commission systems, and chatbots
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems
• Excellent written & spoken English and German.
