Maypole (Holdings) Ltd in Malta is currently looking to recruit a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the production team in a fast-growing environment on a full-time basis.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
The preparation of a wide variety of cakes and pastries under the supervision of the Head Pastry Chef and Shift Leaders;
Operating all equipment and machinery;
Decorating cakes and pastries according to company's procedures;
Ensuring that proper HACCP practices are adhered to;
Being a team player and able to work under pressure.
*Working hours are based on a day in day out basis, night shifts, and occasional outside functions. Previous experience in this field would be considered an asset.
