Outlet Manager
We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team at Il-Mahzen, one of our busiest and most popular local artisan outlet.
As Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Il-Mahzen, ensuring smooth service, high standards of hygiene, excellent customer service, and the efficient management of staff. This is a fast-paced environment that requires a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a passion for food and people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier orders
• Monitor sales, costs, and profitability
• Lead, train, and motivate team members
• Address customer queries and resolve issues effectively
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food & beverage industry
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
