About Us

FastTrackClubs.mt is Malta’s go-to nightlife pass — a digital ticket that helps tourists skip long nightclub queues, access exclusive events, and make the most of the island’s party scene. We partner with the top clubs and bars in Paceville and run a 24/7 info point at the heart of it all.

Role: Nightclub Promoter

We’re looking for social, confident, and energetic promoters to join our summer team! You’ll be the face of FastTrackClubs — meeting tourists, selling VIP entries, and spreading the word about the best nights out in Malta.

Your Responsibilities

• Promote FastTrack tickets, VIP tables, and club packages to tourists and groups
• Approach potential customers on beaches, streets, hotel bars, and social hotspots
• Sell wristbands or club entries via WhatsApp, Instagram, or in-person
• Create fun content (stories, reels, TikToks) to promote clubs and events
• Distribute flyers, wristbands, and merch at key locations
• Meet groups at club entrances, assist with entry (great for tips & reviews)
• Provide feedback to management on trends, customer questions, and best-selling offers

Who We’re Looking For

Outgoing and confident with strong people skills

Comfortable approaching strangers and speaking in English

Energetic and friendly, with a good sense of nightlife and trends

Trustworthy, responsible, and punctual

Bonus if you’re active on social media or have sales experience
