Leisure Program Manager

A leading School in Malta is looking to recruit an energetic, motivated, organized, and responsible Leisure Programme Manager to join their dynamic team on a full-time basis. This is a full-time, year-round position, reporting to the Operations Manager and involves the planning of leisure activities for the junior students aging between 8-17 years. The Leisure Programme Manager must have a hard work ethic, proven leadership qualities, and exude a positive and ‘can do' attitude at all times.

Job role and Duties:

• Planning and promoting activities and excursions targeting junior students
• Managing welfare and discipline on activities and excursions
• Dealing with problems and emergencies as they arise
• Participating in the recruitment and ongoing training of activity leaders and Interns
• Managing stock levels with regular stock checks and orders
• Creating weekly rosters for activity staff
• Liaise with our designated transport company and ensure high standards
• Delivering regular meetings to activity staff
• Management of junior accommodation

• Hard-working with an eye for detail
• A leader with a strong sense of teamwork. 
• Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Maltese is preferred

• Previous experience working with minors is a must
