Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher

Job Description
Signature Entertainment Group is the new operator of Palm Beach and Baia Beach Resorts in Armier, Mellieha, Malta. We are now looking to recruit a full/part-time Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher who shall be responsible for maintaining the kitchens in a good standard of cleanliness.

The persons would be responsible for:

• Washing of dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, equipment surfaces, and restaurant/kitchen floors;
• Maintain the kitchen, dishwashing, and back area in a clean condition in accordance with local authorities and catering trade guidelines;
• Reports and removes any breakages or chipped items.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene practices;
• Good personal hygiene;
• Able to speak English and work in a multicultural environment;
• Willing to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• In possession of all necessary work permits to work in Malta.

*Transport shall be provided.

Armier Beach Resort: 
Armier Beach Resort is a new concept to transform Armier Bay in Mellieha into a new vibrant destination. We shall be operating the Baia Asian Fusion Restaurant/Bar Lounge Beach Resort in partnership with an International Franchise as well as Palm Beach Resort.
