Our Client, a well established company operating within the Hospitality Industry, is seeking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef and a Chef De Partie. Your duties will include:

  • Day to day preparation, supervision and service of food
  • Ensuring that highest safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
  • Working effectively within the team whilst assisting the kitchen staff whenever and however necessary
  • Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen are maintained at all times
