Our Client, a well established company operating within the Hospitality Industry, is seeking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef and a Chef De Partie. Your duties will include:
Day to day preparation, supervision and service of food
Ensuring that highest safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
Working effectively within the team whilst assisting the kitchen staff whenever and however necessary
Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen are maintained at all times
