Junior F&B Server

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior F&B Server. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures.
- Support senior servers and management in daily operations and special events.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
