We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the housekeeping operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and organization are maintained throughout the facility, while also managing a team of housekeeping staff.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns related to housekeeping services in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities, including staff performance, inventory usage, and maintenance needs.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
