Housekeeping Attendant (GOZO)

Prestige Travel Marketing Ltd. is currently looking to recruit a Housekeeping Attendant to join their team at the Hotel Calypso in Marsalforn Gozo, on a full-time basis. 

Job Overview:

To perform housekeeping duties in all areas of the hotel, including bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times 
• Ensures the highest standard of cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas 
• Cleaning the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to the guests’ needs 
• Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicate them to the team members 
• Be good at decision-making and have good knowledge of customer service principles 
• Report maintenance issues to the maintenance department 
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation 

Requirements:

• Work experience in a similar role
• Ability to use industrial equipment and products
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
