Job Description
The Xara Palace in Malta is looking to recruit an experienced Housekeeping Associate to join their Housekeeping Team on a full-time basis. 

The Xara Palace is a unique 17th-century luxury boutique hotel, nestled in the majestic medieval fortified city of Mdina The group’s diversified portfolio comprises of the award-winning fine dining de Mondion perched on Mdina’s bastions, the cozy al fresco Trattoria located in the palace’s courtyard as well as of the Conference and Events center located just outside Mdina.

• You will ensure that our accommodation and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. We are therefore looking for someone who has an eye for detail and is willing to work as part of a team. Every one of our bedrooms is designed differently, which will offer variety in your day.
• You will manage requests promptly, helpfully, and with a caring attitude to ensure the satisfaction of our guests at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As Housekeeping Associate, you will report to Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day to day running of the department
• You will ensure the cleaning of the guest rooms to the hotel standard and provide our guests with a memorable experience.
• You have an eye for details and are willing to work as part of a team.
• You will need to have the ability to work under pressure, be considerate to our guests, and be consistent in everything you do
• You will communicate effectively with both the public and work colleagues.
