Housekeeper into a Family

Overview:

One of the top executives at Grupo Codeare, a leading technology and innovation group, is seeking a highly professional and trustworthy Housekeeper to manage the day-to-day upkeep of a private residence in Malta. The ideal candidate will be discreet, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a high standard of organization and cleanliness suitable for executive living.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning and upkeep of the residence (bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, common areas)
• Laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management (including care for delicate and luxury fabrics)
• Organizing household supplies and restocking as needed
• Coordinating with service providers (cleaners, maintenance, deliveries) when required
• Light cooking or meal preparation preferred (optional)
• Running errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, and package pickup/drop-off
• Ensuring the home remains guest-ready at all times
• Occasional support during business gatherings or private hosting
• Help with kids (collaboration with nanny)

Requirements:

• Prior experience in housekeeping for private clients or executive-level households
• High level of discretion, reliability, and integrity
• Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain a professional demeanor
• Fluent in English (Russian or Ukrainian will be plus)
• Valid work permit in Malta
• References required

Compensation:

• Competitive salary based on experience. Live-in accommodation can be considered.
