Hotel Representative

Job Description
Sunspot Tours Malta Ltd is looking to recruit a Hotel Representative to join their team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Being the central point of contact and knowledge in the resort
• Representing the company in a professional, well-presented manner at all times in compliance with the company uniform policy
• Organising, promoting, and conducting welcome meetings
• Sales of tours
• Ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidates will:

• Possess strong social and 'people' skills and be cheerful/outgoing
• Be motivated/passionate/enthusiastic
• Be able to work alone and as part of a team
• Be able to cope under pressure
• Possess good communication skills
• Have sales experience
• Being fluent in English with a good understanding of Maltese and any other language would be considered an asset
• Be computer literate
• Hold a clean driving license and possess your own car
• Previous experience in a similar post would be preferential.

*Applicants must be able to speak, read and write in English and a basic understanding of the Maltese language will be considered favourable. They are to excel in and be passionate about, delivering outstanding customer service with a ‘can do’ attitude.
