Chickeria in Malta is currently seeking qualified Chefs at all levels to join their kitchen team - Head Chefs, Sous Chef and Chef de Partie. 

Job Role: 
As an experienced and qualified Chef your main responsibility will be to work alongside other chefs in the team to manage daily kitchen activities, menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking.

  • Knowledge of English and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a Chef role.
  • Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices.
  • Culinary school diploma.
